Consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise routine or diet plan.

Assumption of Risk: Exercise carries inherent risks of injury. By using Sculpt Lab equipment and following our workout plans, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury or damage to yourself or your property (including door frames and surrounding areas during anchor installation).

4. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information.

5. Products, Services, and Pricing

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products: Access to bundled digital products (workout routines, trackers, and Checkers grocery guides) is granted upon order completion. Digital deliverables are non-transferable and intended solely for personal use by the purchasing account holder.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
